ὑπόμνημα παρὰ Ἀθηναγόρου τοῦ πραγματευομένου τὴν κδ (τετρακαιεικοστὴν) καὶ τὸ χειρωνάξιον Τμόιτος. προσαγγέλλω Λέοντα ἐργαζόμενον τὴν γναφικὴν τέχνην οὐ συνταξάμενον πρὸς τὸ χειρωνάξιον, ὡσαύτως καὶ ἔρια πεπρακὼς οὐ προσανγείλας οὐ ταξάμενος τὴν κδ (τετρακαιεικοστὴν). (ἔτους) κ Φαρμοῦθι κα.

English Translation

Memorandum from Athenagoras, who administers the twenty-fourth (tax) and the handicraft tax. I report Leo, who practices the craft of fulling (cloth-working), who has not registered himself for the handicraft tax, and likewise has sold wool without reporting it and without paying the twenty-fourth (tax). Year 20, Pharmouthi 21.
