Translation into English

Of the reigning king of kings Arsakos, benefactor, just, illustrious, and philhellene,
in the year 5 as the king of kings leads, as before in the month of the 10th, in Europe towards Arabia:
Apollonios of the certain one, a European, and of the first and most esteemed friends and of the bodyguards,
in Olympus, of the unknown of Olympus, to a European of the same houses of beautiful silver of the official drachmas on the pledge to all who are present to him,

The previously written silver shall be returned by Olympus to Apollonios in the month as in the previous year 6:

[In the reign] of the King of Kings Arsaces, [benefactor, just, illustrious, and friend of the Greeks,]
[in the year] 381(?) as the King of Kings reckons, and as previously 445(?), on the twentieth(?) day of the month [uncertain],
in Europus near Arabia; Apollonius [son of so-and-so, Europaeus(?)] lent to Olympus [son of so-and-so], Europaeus of the same [city(?)],
[residing in ...], good and marked silver drachmas [amount uncertain], on security of all his existing property, [held by the creditor].
Olympus shall repay the aforementioned silver to Apollonius in the month [uncertain] of the year 446(?).
If he does not repay within the appointed time, Apollonius or whoever presents this contract shall have the right to exact payment from Olympus
and from all his existing property and whatever else he may acquire, having full authority to collect everything except [certain items unclear].
Olympus has agreed to renew this contract through the local registry whenever Apollonius demands it within five days;
if he does not renew it, he shall pay Apollonius a penalty of silver drachmas [amount uncertain], and an equal amount to the royal treasury.
